The supreme body of the Foundation.
According to provisions stipulated in the statutory documents, the Foundation Council is the supreme body of THE EDWARD AND EVA UNDERWOOD CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. All decisions concerning scholarships are exclusively reserved to the Foundation Council.
The members of the Foundation Council are either relatives of the Founders or maintained a professional relationship with them for many years and were assigned by them personally to perform the responsible task as a Foundation Council Member.
