Criteria

To be accepted in the scholarship programme maintained by THE EDWARD AND EVA UNDERWOOD CHARITABLE FOUNDATION some basic requirements must be fulfilled.

Neediness

All support is reserved exclusively for those who can convincingly demonstrate need. An applicant must show that absolutely no access to any education would be possible without support through scholarship.

Above-average study performance

Applicants for a scholarship must show above-average study performance. Certificates of last year showing this success must be attached.

Nationality

Scholarships are granted to candidates of Philippine, Canadian or French citizenship only.
